The Bureau is revolutionising the way clients book models.
Through significant research and development, we have been able to combine the traditional model board with a real focus on technology and innovation. By utilising our experience across the main three areas of our business, we have managed to put together an offering that intends to mirror the way our clients will end up portraying our models.
Each distinct area of our model section is designed to alleviate the time and cost of each casting, whilst at the same time retaining and understanding the importance of aesthetics within the industry.
E-Commerce
The e-commerce sector is the fastest growing area within fashion. We recognised a large gap in the market for a dedicated board that focuses purely on this. Currently, the majority of models are booked for e-commerce jobs through the traditional model boards. Our market research told us that a high percentage of brands time and money is being wasted trying to find a suitable model that not only has the right appearance but also fits the clothes well and moves naturally on camera.
Our solution to this problem is to invite each model into our studio and prepare them for what is involved on an e-commerce shoot. We then dedicate our time to ensure every model is comfortable in front of the camera and is clear on what is expected from them. Once this is established, we invest our time into each model and start building a portfolio.
Our in-house photography team shoot each models portfolio in our own dedicated studio, a catwalk video is also filmed so our clients can see how the model moves in front of the camera. This process has increased the efficiency in the casting process for our clients and in some cases eliminated the need for castings altogether.
Mainboard, Discover and New Faces
Within each board there are images from recent shoots, polaroids and a video option.
Our mainboard models are experienced in all areas of modelling, ensuring that any brief put in front of them will be delivered to the very highest standard.
The Bureau’s discover models consist of a group of individuals that possess a hidden talent or are professionally trained in a specific field. Our discover board is a very useful tool when a brief requires a specific ability.
The new faces board are for those models that have just been discovered and have a very limited portfolio and knowledge of the industry. This board is great for discovering new, unseen talent.

Quick Guide
Refine by Measurement
Locate a suitable model by making use of the measurement tool bar. This tool allows the user to refine their search by either selecting a specific category or by simply dragging the arrows to a defined measurement range. The user also has the ability to search for a specific model.
Download Model Card
This feature gives the user the option to download a model card. Click on the icon and a PDF with the models details will be saved to your device.
Model Location
The aeroplane icon enables the user to identify whether or not the model is in town. When the icon is white it indicates that the model is in town and available at short notice. If the icon is red it means the model is out of town.
Your Favourites
The user has the ability to favourite certain models. By clicking the heart a model will automatically become a favourite and can then be located within the favourites page. A white heart indicates that a model is a favourite, a clear heart indicates that the model is not a favourite.

Casting Location
The Bureau has the perfect space for conducting castings. Our studio has an impressive cove and benefits from high-tech photographic equipment and lighting, therefore enabling our clients to gain a realistic understanding of how the actual visuals are likely to turn out.
Casting Process
The Bureau can assist with all aspects of the casting process. Brands are encouraged to bring their collections into the studio, where the models will then be selected based on a discussion outlining the desired outcome of the final product. The results and feedback are then presented to the client in the form of stills, catwalk and model videos enabling our clients to make an informed decision.
